	Electronic Claims Submission Whenever Possible - Paper Claims As Required
	AMB will submit claims electronically to all payers that accept electronic claims. This allows for the most timely submission of claims and will result in faster payment to you. This process results in cleaner claims that are adjudicated and paid faster. Paper claims will be submitted to payers who do not accept electronic claims, or when paper attachments are required. We continually update our payer list to provide for the highest number of electronic claims as possible. AMB will also file all secondary and tertiary claims as appropriate.

	Aggressive Follow-Up on All Denied and Aging Claims
	AMB will handle all of the follow-up necessary to maximize reimbursement for your practice. We will research and review all unpaid and denied claims and aggressively work to collect on these claims.

	Payment Posting and Adjustments
	AMB will post all payments from payers and patients using a line item posting method. Adjustments will be made in accordance with your practice's PAR status and will notify patients of any deductibles or co-pays that are due.

	Patient Statements
	Patient accounts that are delinquent will be sent monthly patient statements and collection letters as appropriate. All patient billing inquiries will be handled in a professional, courteous and confidential manner.

	Monthly Reporting and Performance Review - Customized for Your Practice
	AMB will prepare a comprehensive monthly reporting and performance review package. We will meet with you to review these reports and discuss was to improve the billing and collections process to further maximize your total reimbursement.
